1000 Likers $1 Deal!!

$1 Deal promo is back for our 1000 Likers celebrations!  10 products have been selected from the store and be part of this promo for your chance to buy one of these products for just $1.

How does this work??

(1) Email competitions@bubbalooz.co.nz with the subject "$1 Deal" and include your name (if you use a different name on Facebook, please let me know what this is).

(2) Tag ONE photo from the 1000 Liker $1 Deal album on Facebook - this should be the ONE product you wish to purchase for $1.

Entries will close 10pm NZ time Wednesday night (22 June 2011).  Winner will be contacted via email and then announced on Facebook on Thursday night.

All entries will be collated and Random.Org will be used to pick ONE PERSON who will then get to purchase the product they tagged for just $1.  No additional shipping charges apply!



Not a requirement but as usual, if you share on Facebook, you will get an extra entry into the draw.  Make sure you tag Bubbalooz (by typing @Bubbalooz which should bring up the link) - you may need to click the little padlock at the bottom of the window so that "everyone" can see it - this will ensure it is visible on our page so I can count it as your entry.


If you have trouble with tagging, you can try sharing on the Bubbalooz Facebook wall instead.


Feel free to share ONCE a day until Wednesday - I will count each as an extra entry (e.g. share on Mon & Tues = 2 extra entries).

Treasure Hunt Time!!!

Are you ready???

Hope you've had a restful day so you can use your brains tonight for the hunt....although I'm pretty sure the clues I have come up with are easy tonight.  I've had a splitting headache all day and spent 2 hours at the A&E with Miss 3 who is very unwell.  It was a disaster last night at our place with both girls up crying at the same time - I didn't know who to tend to first!!  So much for me saying the girls are on the mend....  we are looking forward to Mr Bubbalooz's return in a couple of days.

Ok, so here's how the Treasure Hunt works for those who have not played before (and a refresher for those who have as it has been awhile!).

1. The clues are listed below - you will see the Bubbalooz Avatar (pictured above) when you have found the correct product!
2. When you have found ALL the 'treasure' email your answers to treasurehunt@bubbalooz.co.nz
3. You MUST get all the answers correct for a valid entry into the draw.
4. Make sure you include your full name and postal address.
5. All entries to be received by 10pm tomorrow night NZ time (that's Monday 13th June).
6. As usual, Facebook about the Treasure Hunt and get an extra entry (just remember, if I can't see your post, I can't count it as an extra entry...)

Other T&Cs:

• Open Internationally (so don't be shy if you are not from New Zealand!)

1101 of you!

There really is nothing good on television on a Saturday night!  Here's hoping you are all enjoying your weekend.  I have just enjoyed a really nice cup of chamomile tea so fingers crossed I don't fall asleep too early as I have a lot of do!

I'm a little slow on the planned 1000 liker celebration this week - I have LOTS of excuses!! My gorgeous girls have been sick and just when they are both getting better, Little Miss gets 'hand foot and mouth disease'.  Why do they even call it that?  It sounds so horrible but isn't that bad.  And deceiving to think it is just on the hands, foot and mouth - poor Little Miss has very painful looking blisters all over her bottom!  Maybe just too much info for some of you....hahaha.

Anyway, back to the reason of this blog post....

Tonight we are going to start a little game - it's called 'My lucky number at Bubbalooz"

How to play?
(1) Pick a number between 1 and 1101.
(2) Email me at competitions@bubbalooz.co.nz with your lucky number before 10pm Monday 13 June (please include your first and last name + postal address)

The person with the closest number to the one that Random.org spits out will win a prize!  And if Random.org picks a number that more than one person has picked, then those people will be asked to repick a number and a new number is drawn.  Make sense??

PLUS share with your friends on Facebook  saying something like:

"I hope my lucky number #(put your number here) wins me a ______ from Bubbalooz"

Sharing in Facebook is not compulsory, its just for an added bit of fun.  Everyone who shares will go into a separate draw for wee prize too!   If you are sharing on your own wall, make sure you use the @Bubbalooz function so I can see it and include your entry - if I can't see it, I can't put you in the draw.  Feel free to post directly on our Facebook wall.

The start to the end of Birthday Month...

I have sat down many times to write this blog today, but it hasn't really come together.  This all seems pretty silly with everything that has happened in Christchurch today.  My thoughts are with everyone affected by the Christchurch earthquakes..... I don't really know what else to say but stay strong and take care....
